Return and refund policy

At Paws & Co., you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email khitt24@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return address when your return is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. We’ll cover return shipping if a return is required for these items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
